Return and Refund Policy

1. Checking Warranty

Eligible products come with a 7 Days Checking Warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers qualifying functional issues under normal use and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.

2. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request may be considered if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.

  • The product develops a qualifying functional issue within the applicable checking warranty period.

Products must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and included items where possible.

3. Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience a qualifying issue. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, we will inform you of the refund method and processing time. Refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request your bank account or another mutually agreed refund method.

Delivery charges, if any, will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and applicable law.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Issues reported after the applicable checking warranty period.

  • Products returned with missing accessories or signs of unauthorized modification, where these affect eligibility.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable and will be handled according to our applicable return policy and consumer protection requirements.
